UpWind Solutions, Inc., North America’s leading independent full service provider for the wind industry, recently has entered into a strategic relationship with OSIsoft to expand their UpWind Insight™ capabilities services providing comprehensive reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) to extend the life of wind projects, increase turbine performance and uptimes for generation power.

The new partnership leverages OSIsoft’s Connected Services offering to connect UpWind’s Data Centers with real-time sensor-based operational data from our customers. The data collected in UpWind’s centralized PI System will be used to provide analytical and notification services to UpWind’s Performance Engineering team to assist with their UpWind Insight™ program.  Multiple configurations are supported, allowing for ease of integration with the customer’s environment enabling UpWind’s customers to rapidly take advantage of the newly available data and services.  The Connected Services offering allows UpWind to subscribe and utilize in real time all of its customers’ PI System data for improved services.
