Remote Operating Services

UpWind will provide 24/7 NERC Compliant Remote Operating and Performance Optimization Services. UpWind will operate and monitor the wind farm and the WTG performance, monitor events, trends and alarms occurring at the WTGs, and escalate issues to the on-site personnel and the UpWind Engineering Team if necessary.

Using UpWind Analytics™ and UpWind Sentinel™, UpWind will identify outlying variations during normal WTG operations in order to pro-actively plan all maintenance scheduling and optimize the operation and performance of the site and the WTGs.

Engineering support

Complex problems will be escalated to the UpWind engineering support team for investigation and resolution. The support also includes safety and supervisory support to any WTG performance testing that is undertaken.
