Guy Dees
General Manager for O&M Services

Guy is the General Manager for the O&M Services group. Guy joined UpWind in 2008 as the Director of Operations and has more than ten years of experience in the wind energy industry. Before coming aboard, he served as the U.S. Operations & Maintenance Manager for Clipper Wind Power where he was responsible for field execution of O&M, and warranty services. Guy has extensive experience in setting up and operating remote monitoring centers and has intimate knowledge of the internal operations of wind turbine manufacturers. While at General Electric Wind, Guy served in a number of different capacities including regional manager, global training manager and site supervisor.
