Heather Dennison
Director of Human Resources

Heather joined UpWind in 2008 as the Director of Human Resources, and brings over 15 years of human resources experience to our company. Her background includes managing HR functions for both multi-site and multi-state locations, including responsibility for talent management, employee relations, strategic planning, compensation, and benefits.

Before joining UpWind Heather was the Sr. Human Resources Manager for Harry & David Stores. She also served as the Compensation & Benefits Manager and Human Resources Director for Coldwater Creek Inc. Heather is a professional member of the Society for Human Resource Management and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources designation from the HR Certification Institute.
