Nick Gerostathos
Vice President of Finance

Nick joined UpWind in October 2011 as our Vice President of Finance and is responsible for the company’s finance, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and accounting functions. With more than 20 years of experience in key leadership positions for large, multi-national corporations, Nick’s extensive SEC, international and capital market knowledge will provide value-added insights to building a results-oriented finance department.

Prior to joining UpWind, Nick held positions with Anheuser-Busch InBev, MasterCard, and Revlon where he gained experience in formulating and implementing business strategies, identifying cost-reduction initiatives and improving financial systems. Nick began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and has lived in New York, London and Brussels where he has spent more than 10 years assisting US and non-US companies entering into the US capital markets via debt or equity offerings. Nick holds a B.S. in Business Administration – Accounting from Bryant University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
